6. This organization cold-opened a specialty pharmacy with NO CLIENTELE
7. For example as to why this is not a good idea:
a. you need inventory for pharmacy
b. specialty drugs are the most expensive
c. most are name brand and LDD (limited distribution drugs)
d. you need clientele to sell the LDD
e. if you have no clientele and lots of inventory you have problem
8. Basically I am doing a **** ton of grunt-work to try and get some overhead down
