Danes can't get government paid retirement before the age of 65/67, and most Danes don't even need it. We have this smart system where an amount equal to or higher than 25% of your salary is paid to your own retirement fund each month of all your work life. Your employer is forced to pay at least 2/3 of that amount (more depending on what job you have/contract). You can pay out that money, when you choose to stop working, but you will still get government paid retirement on top of that, when you hit 65/67.
