I selected a juice that is half the nico content of what I normally smoke. I'm just not used to the new method I guess. My goal is to actually quit, just have to get into the correct headspace for this to be possible

I started with what was usually the max nicotine back then (1,8%? or per mille?), but after a while I had to reduce to the minimum as it actually burned somewhat in my mouth.

i was a pack a day + for 15 years, switched to vaping about a year ago. At first i sucked on that thing like a crack pipe, then the urges slowed down. Dont really vape much anymore but have started dipping into the ciggies while i AAaAaAaaaaAaAAAAaaaa.

I found i fyou can just stick to the vape for a month, a cig is really hard to get down, unless youre ****faced, then its great.

idk how many time you have tried to quit before but i tried more than i can count and it always was the same. White nuckle it and make it through the first two weeks, then go anywhere from not another day to 6 months and then for some dumb reason bum a cig, then smoke a pack the next day and im back on the horse. One nice thing i found with the vaping is if you slip up with a cig, you can always go back to the vape the next day to scratch that itch, helps a lot
