First of all, Hello my dudes!
Not sure if that's the right place to post, and excuse me if it isn't.

Loving the 2p2 community, bless you people for being here for so long and making it possible for people to talk for things of similar interest!

I want to brag with a picture, a good guy (bless this dude) created for me, which I'll be hanging on my wall.

Also, excuse the essay.

Let's talk flips with fishes.

I decided to stop my grind and create this thread after this spot came up.

Hands are played on BetOnline 10NL/z (Lowest stake on the platform)
V is the typical fish/whale/punter
4 folds, Hero is on SB, V is on BB with 22BBs
Hero TT raises to 3BB
V raises to 10BB

Here's where the hand get's stupid for me. When I shove preflop there, we are printing money and it's the correct thing to do.

But why give them flips, when they'll lose their stack 95% of the time in the next few hands playing wrong postflop?
I realise we get to seize the moment and get an insanely good +EV spot, but don't we throw out our edge on them out of the window? Or is the edge that we know it's a good +EV spot? Or just take it as a donation?

Another thing on micros I want to talk about is variance, exploitative plays and general strategy.

I'm playing decent most of the time and so far I'm doing okay, not great as we wish but we're profiting, 16k Hands in (I'm currently not playing more than 2k hands per session, mostly 1k to 2k on weekends)

But due to the last 3 sessions which started -4BI's each (hurr durr all in with AA preflop and didn't hold why is this happening to me type of hands) and on losing a 600BB+ pot today, and how often swings are revolving around 4 buy ins, I told my self I am not enjoying this.

And I won't enjoy to do what is right, and that's seems to be is to become an ultra-nit and not lean on my TAG style & exploitative plays so much?

I wanted to play 200k hands on 10NL before moving up to 25NL, but god damn I want to gouge my eyes and stick them in the cd-slot of my pc with every hand I play.

Who cares about a proper strategy pre & post flop, position, bet sizing, ranges, player pool and whatever comes to mind.
Give those guys any 2 cards preflop, could be a library one and a public transport one, they will somehow still manage to play poker.

I'm starting to believe I don't need a reason to have knowledge of anything else but my hand strength, position and how well does it do on different board textures.

Not sure if I can dumb down to a robot playing just top of the ranges preflop and check/fold all marginal holdings postflop.
But maybe I will?

On that node, is PokerStars 10NL better? As of, do you get to play poker and apply some knowledge?

I don't want to skip the the 200k hands since I lack online experience (played live for 4 years), as I want to climb the ladder.

I've played about 40k hands on 25NL PartyPoker during 2017 late-2018 early but, unfortunately came up with -3bb/100
Main reason is that I was just ****ing around and used to get too much out of line, playing on coke, acid, mdma and drunk most of the times
It's okay, been clean for more than 6 months now.

I am currently waiting on PokerStars to verify me (been taking too long now, for whatever reasons) and hopefully 10NL would be better there.

And since it's the the bad beats etc board, 600BB hand in spoiler.

Spoiler:
Before the action begins some backstory:

V is a Punter, who seems to have a somewhat full brain-dead strategy preflop, and every hand with him is played for stacks. 2nd Time I catch him on the 10NLz tables and he's been a great spot all along.

V managed to open 107 UTG for 4BB and is 300BB deep.
MP 12BB deep calls 4BB,
Hero calls with 99 400BB deep on BTN
Flop 13.5BB : 986
UTG bets 15BB
That was his ''I am not folding'' bat signal
MP calls and is all in
Hero raises to 75BB
UTG raises to 300BB and is all in
Hero calls.

Turn is a banana
River is draw+4 uno

V scoops.

His range is mainly 24o, A2o, 86, 52, overpairs, flush draws etc and of-course once in a while a straight.

I raised flop of fear that he might somehow fold his overpairs if this board gets any wetter.

Also, I'm probably not folding ever to him so we might as well get it in when I'm ''ahead''

No bad feelings towards the dude, he set it up by punting 15 stacks here and there so it's tough to fold to him.

Don't worry. He quickly punted 2 stacks back to me, and lost the rest to the rest of the pool in no time.

Thank you my dudes!
