Nah, its not. The RNG for online poker is running constantly, so depending on when you click, the outcome is different. It would be like if in live poker the dealer shuffled constantly in between decisions.

So, by tard-raising then calling, he got the optimal drama factor from the RNG.

I played in a home game last night, there couldn't have been any more than a couple thousand hands dealt, and there were quads twice, and a straight flush. It was dramatic.

Stars does not have continuous shuffle so this drama was created from the chaos pre-deal.
