Double score - my screwing the system story

Not too long back i received a quite expensive laptop as a present, and i must say i felt pretty pro about it.
About a month ago i was playing a steps $200 buyin and i was pretty rattled cos i had worked the whole night to get that far. Naturally i lost, couple that with a few beers, and needless to say the laptop felt the brunt of my rage. The thing was although my laptop had completley stopped working there was no visible damage to the exterior of it.
So i decided to bring it back to the store and told them that it had spontaneously stopped working. Quite to my suprise (and lucky it was under a warranty) they took it in and a few days later they phoned me and told me it was fixed and ready to be collected.
So a couple weeks later im playing some moar donkaments and a similar situation arises (A9/33 - runner runner blah blah) and we have fight night 2.
So this time i decided to stretch my deception skills a bit further. I brang it back to the store and informed the manager that i was getting a bit tired of his products failing on me. So in a bizarre twist of events he deeply apologised and proceeded to offer me a replacement of an improved version of my laptop!!!
Naturally i was overjoyed!!!! So that is my screwing the system story, im sure you all have some and feel free to share???
