I'm a winning 2/4 and 3/6 full ring player and i've been taking a shot at 2/4 6-max. Here is a graph from my last 1000 hands and it appears that I had no shot at actually being a winner. Am I reading this right? Thanks guys.

thats not what it means at all, those graphs cant estimate EV for hands that dont showdown. if you missed a really huge spot to pick off an obvious bluff but didn't, this program cant tell that
