Shrug. There are a few possibilities here, some more likely than others:

[ ] OP is flat out lying
[ ] OP isn't lying at all and believes this is sustainable
[ ] OP isn't lying at all and doesn't believe this is sustainable, but also doesn't know what to think
[ ] OP is leveling BBV
[ ] OP is sun-running and conflating skill with the happy side of variance
[ ] A combination of multiple options

Personally, I'd like to believe that you're one of the magical few out there that has a positive experience with poker. If what you say is true and you aren't embellishing or just shining us on because you're bored then I hope it remains such for you as long as possible. However, if you hit a downswing I wouldn't expect to hear from you.

I don’t know why you think it’s impossible? I’ve seen plenty of guys win 10+ racks in a session. I’ve been close many times to logging in a losing session but I don’t quit til I win or go broke for my 5 buy ins. Sometimes it takes 30 hours of straight playing to get a win but I grind it out.

Also, the weekend games in LA are juicy and easy to beat.

Not only did I NEVER say it was impossible, I didn't even say I thought you were full of ****.

Keep in mind you literally named the thread "Do I have the skills to pay the bills? You never told us how many years you've been playing, how much you've studied the game, whether or not this is the entirety of your poker experience. We have a very limited picture of you making silly posts (specifically the one about folding kings, which is why I suggest you might be leveling BBV a bit) and so it's easy for someone to maybe feel they're being misled.

If hit a downswing I would comeback to tell u guys. Right now I’m gearing up for my first wsop trip and playing a lot of tourneys.

Also, the past few times I played, the weekend games were bad. If I’m in a bad game I win a pot and leave. So I’ll have a session in there for 30 mins of play for $600 win that will inflate the stats.

I know if I play 1000 hours my numbers will fall within the norm of probably 3-5 bb+

It's not standard to mix NLHE and LHE results in terms of big bets/hour or big blinds/hour, but you're the one smashing the games so what do I know?

The app I run doesn’t let me. But the hourly $ is at least correct.

My last 5 sessions 3 of which I won and the two I lost because the game broke.

I’m above $80k. And currently playing tournaments to prepare for wsop
