heh. you prob still 3-bet a lot more than most to have such a tight gap between pfr/vpip though. would be interested to see your HEM stats with 3-bet info.

op u underestimate ur own talent for sure. its not really rare to beat 3/6 for 5ptbb but not more than 5% of serious pokerplayers can do it i think. and less than 1% can do it playing 30 hours a week.

boywonder, if you are ever in NYC, let's go out to sushi. I am a serious sushi guru and there is a chef I want you to meet. This guy is arguably the best in the world at what he does(I prefer one other restaurant more in NYC and 3 in Japan), but you will love the way he talks about his craft. If you tell him the piece is excellent, he will say "no, it's just standard". And he's right, everywhere else is being careless and not perfecting their craft. What he has done is actually not that remarkable, what is remarkable is how failure everywhere else is.

Congrats OP...and I agree 100% with your emotional state comment. People who think they run bad, do run bad...not because of luck, but because they can't shake off 1 bad beat etc. (after all, we all run the same in the long run)

I have done well for extended periods while not tilting.
Tilt comes in and m winrate drops to betw 0 and 1 ptbb for extended periods which just seem impossible to dig out of. My tilt carries over between session for days, weeks, and even months.
My life is hell in those times. And now is one of those times.

Nice thread anyway OP. I wish I could center myself like you do.
