I got drunk played some beat the dealer then came back to big six. Started betting 20s in about 10 minutes I had lost my entire paycheck for the week and was screaming the f-word. I read the whole thread and there are really some sick degens out threre...
So here is my story...
I started out with poker in late 2005 depositing between 10-50 Euros, make a couple thousand then go on downswing, tilt , play BJ and loose it all. Rinse and repeat. I cant recall exactly but at least 5 times i had my account over 5K and lost it all playing BJ...
So fast forward to Dec 09.
I deposit 500 Euros on Titan and run that up to 2600 Euros...i am very happy and really want to follow proper bankrollmanagement now after donking off so many deposits (around 10-15K€ in 4 years). I must have learned my lesson finally right ?
But no, i am a ****in degen !!!
So its the first weekend in december when me and 2 friends of mine decide to take the 550 Km drive to Amsterdam and chill with some weed, coke and hookers. Of course everybody has a notebook brought with him and after checkin ín and buying some of the best weed and some super sick coke we start out playing poker in the Hotel.
I play some 0,5-1€ HU and i am baked as **** when i finaly decide to play some 2-4€ HU. I play an italian spew monkey on 4 tables and within 2 hours i win 5K Euros of him. We have a great weekend in Amsterdam and on top of that i boost my BR from 2,6K€ to 8K€ during that weekend. LIFE IS GOOOD !!!
In the following 3 weeks i follow the same routine. I am playing mostly 2-4 HU and 6-max, have 3-4 winning days in row, followed by a big loosing session and me tilting like a mofo, then hitting the BJ and Roulette and always winning my losses back + some more. So by the End of 09 my BR has reached 25K€.
Then comes a day when i 4-table HU 2-4 against some dude and this guy just kills me. A friend is railing me. I loose like 5K€ and am tilted as ****. I hit the BJ and bet 500 per hand and start loosing hand after hand, splitting and doubling down on a 10 and 11 and loosing both, the dealer getting 4 times Blackjack in a row and so on...at one point i look at my account balance and see i have 1700€ left. I keep betting 500 and , you may not believe it i manage to win all my losses back and stop playing BJ with my BR beeing up to 27K€. I mean i still cant believe how this worked.
I take a few days off during the Chrismas days and enjoy life thinking what i can afford to buy with my 27K€. I want to move out of my parents house, buy a car and some clothes + some other ****. When I approach to cash out my money they tell me i can only cash out a max of 10K$ (thats about 6700 €) per month because i won money in their casino. If i had won all that money playing poker i would have been able to cash it all out instantly + they want me to send them my drivers licence and some other **** for them to be able to approve my identity. At this point i am so ****in tilted!!!! I cancel my cash out request and start playing 2-4 again.
It is the 6th of January in 2010 when i am chillin in my bed after having a good day at the tables and my BR beeing at 29,2 K€. I think it should be easy to push my BR up to 30K€ before going to sleep. It is 10pm. At 1am i am finally broke after betting 500 on BJ per hand going from 29,2K to 2 K to 20 K back again and finaly to Bustoville. I wanted to jump out the window but somehow didn´t.
The next 2 weeks i feel disgusted and feel like the worst peace of **** ever, living from my 1,2K€ paycheck and dreaming of what i could have done with all the money i lost when one day i open Titan Poker again and see i can change the FPPs i accoumulated during my degenerate trip to Bustoville into 150€. I do that and hit the BJ again. I go from 150 to 8K to 0 within an hour. This was the most disgusting feeling i ever had, even worse after loosing the 29K 2 weeks before.
It is Okt 10 now and since then i probably lost another 5K depositing and degening away.
I still believe that someday I will be able to quit BJ and follow good BR-management and win all my looses back.

went out to play live at redrock one night with like 3500 on me, little less than half my roll. Planning on playing 2/5, 200-1k nl, I see theres a 5/10 running. I sweat the game from one table over and see theres a few whales. So I get on the list.

Get in the game and buyin for 2k(uncapped) prob 30-40k on the table

I see theres a big mouth who I've played with before, some of you might know him he does this ridiculous mauahahaha laugh to try and intimidate people

He immediately calls me out and tells me hes gonna bust ,my little stack etc etc...

not more than 10 minutes later big moiuth raises, second biggest fish on the table calls, i have AA in the sb. I make it 220 or so, they both call. Flop Is 954r I cant remember if I cr, or b3b but we get it in on the flop turn q river k I show aces he mucks jacks, and silently leaves the game after the hand.

I cashout 8k+ a few hours later

went to casino with 1/2 roll 2.5k (living expenses and other expenses aside) Instead of playing 2/5 I sat in a 5/10 game that was juicy. Rich summerlin guys that think they can play poker. Run 2k up to 3800 when I 3 bet aces to 1150 guy calls 800 more flop is q 8 5 he has qq and stacks me for a ~8k pot.

Next day I play 5/10 plo online with the rest of my roll ~2k and run it up to 7.5k. Over the next three/four months I win over 40k playing plo at 2/4 - 5/10

Back up to the room, for ub bj, im killin it so why not. So I run my ub accouint up to 12k, over 9k in bj profit. +6/7k on the day.

GF is playing 2/5 and is winning, so while she gets ready to give it all back I get to chill. Were going out with her family in a few hours and I havent slept in forever but I decide to keep playing blackjack. I wasn't surprised at all when I was playing three hands at 200 a pop the dealer busted of 478 strait blackjacks. GG profit, had to go out with my girl, and her family too after losing 11/12k and going from being up 7k to down 4 in an hour.

So here's a degen story from about 2 years ago. Go to the casino with $400. Plan to have 2 buy-ins playin 1/2 NL. Goal for the night is to go home with 1K. So I play for about 8 hours. Turn $200 into $815. I hit my goal. I'll play until my blinds come around. Get AK UTG. raise to $8. Some guy makes it $20. I call and the flop is J92 rainbow. I check he bets $35 so I just fold. So now I'm at $795 and on the BB. I decide to get up because that's when I planned to.

So I now have $995 in my pocket. I say to my friend, "I still haven't hit my goal of 1k. Need $5 more." So we decide to go to a $5min-$500max roulette table. So I decide to put $5 on black to try to make my 1k goal. Comes red. Time to martingale it up i assumed. 8 spins, 8 reds, and 20 minutes later I have $0 in my pocket. Time to go home with nothing. All for $5......
