Called $7 raise with 4567 nonsuited. 2 other callers, then a player pots it, back around to me by that time if i pot its all in, i did and get called by both players big stacks too which makes me think they are probably better players and sure enough they have AA10K and JJKQ. Flop 45Q turn 4, river 9 and i take the pot with a full boat. It felt degen as my whole bankroll at the time online was $300 and i just shoved $150 with 4567 and to win $450 was the best feeling ever! Went on a little heater, won some more hands in 3/6 and 1/2 plo but realize im probably out of my league with PLO players like Cannuli and repats online as i hardly play it let alone higher stakes. Cashed my win out and back to my regular $5-10 tournament games!

Depends on the root of the compulsion. You could try certain types of medications that reduce impulsivity.
