Well... they were in prison and this was long before internet banking.
The time he walked to a poker game after flipping and leaving his vehicle pretty much tells you all you need to know.
He and his wife moved to Vegas at age 18 ( I think she was 16) in the 1960's.
He was dealer and depending on who you talk to she was a stripper/cocktail waitress.
Moved back home and burned candles at both ends for decades. Nicest cloths, fast cars and faster women and lots of money. He didn't live a day he regretted.
Today at 80, remarried to his original wife, he's almost blind, suffering congestive heart failure, and has COPD.
His stories are funny today but brought heartache to many loved ones at the time.
