Also, lol at being a "huge baller" with a max roll of 100k. I've won/lost that in a weekend (not gonna go farther into it than that) many times, and I still drive a Buick. Maybe humility is the problem?
Sorry i tried to make it sound as degen as possible. I am big on game selection but no i dont believe in br management. So when i had a huge roll (huge where im from), i wouldn't sit with aejones 25 50 heads up cause i know im outmatched, but i wouldn't let being underrolled take me out of soft live games. I know i have an edge in those games so i believe br management would take me out of a +ev situation. I know that 100k wouldn't be alot in vegas or LA. I also know that being underrolled means I can't make it to the long run in those soft games if i run bad at the beginning.
As far as being a professional poker player, ive played for 5 years, ive read forums, discussed hands, read 20 books, i subscribe to 4 training sites. I know all the advanced concepts and i play at a high level. I have alot of the skills necessary to succeed. Ive won math contents. Im very patient, i play mostly limit holdem and i get comments about how tight i play. Im not afraid at all to bluff big etc. I succeeded for 5 yrs until i lost it all. I feel i can make it as a pro playing live where the games are good and there are almost no pros.
