I’m a coward and never wanted to face the music. Not sure how I escaped last time with that big score but it didn’t happen this time.

Most of my debt is owed to the lender. He’s not going to give me more than 200k which he already has unsecured. My parents don’t have the $. It’s in the home. How this goes down it will be messy.

I’m not going to commit suicide but I want to. I’m too much of a *****. It really seems like the best way out now. To have to payoff this much money the right way? I don’t even know how I’ll do it. Maybe 10 years from now things won’t be too bad.

If I had one wish it would be to have never gambled in my life. The highs were great the lows were awful but when you ruin everything around you it sucks. I’d say this disease is as deadly as any. Wish someone would come blow my brains out. My life insurance pays enough to cover all my debts.

This all started because I loaned my dad money and he was in a jam. That’s my excuse..it probably goes down regardless but it’s funny how I ended myself. Also wish I never went to Vegas Cz I never rebounded after that even though I was sitting on 60-70k.

Thanks to everyone for wasting their time on me. I wanted to keep the posts going because the degen action was as high as ever. Lot of missed 200k binks at the end of games..lot of close calls. One time I had a parlay with the bookie that paid 80k but he was asleep. Weird stuff like that. Not saying it was the difference and that I run bad etc etc but that’s just some of the **** that went down.

I don’t know how I’ve held it together so long. How will coming clean feel? Maybe it will be a relief but I doubt it. I tasted freedom and was living life to the fullest until it all came crashing down.

I apologize for letting you fellow degens down. But I want to make one thing clear..if I couldn’t do it neither can you. I had endless action and funds available to me and I even got out once. I am still dead. I don’t think anyone here compares to my level of degen **** but if you’re up there..honestly just give up. Stop chasing. I have no other advice because I don’t know what it is people like us need.

I’ve gambled for over a decade quietly and I’ve had my share of great moments. My mlb picks are still hitting at a good ROI but I still stood no chance because of the parlays.

Every month people had advice for me. “Protect your 5k roll”..”do bankroll management” but people don’t understand that when you have a bill due in 2 weeks and you need x amount you can’t really get there slowly. It’s a lot of anxiety to deal with on a regular basis.

Every night I go to bed hoping I don’t wake up. Let’s hope for the same tomorrow.

being a good sports bettor is similar to being a good poker player in that talent is only a very minor aspect. It doesnt matter how good you are at picking winners if you are doing stupid **** like parlays and playing way above your bankroll you are always going to go broke. the best sports bettors are the ones who do the most bonus whoring, shopping for good lines, and being disciplined and staying within their bankroll.

You’re right..it’s not okay. They have been wanting to sell and downsize though. The problem it does create? Lower down payment and higher mortgage on the condo they get.
