just being a nit picker, but you spelled degen wrong mr deegenforlife. Of course most degens arent great spellers or good at math lol. I am a degen myself, well now i like to say i am reformed and doing much much less of it. over the years i gambled i lost so much, it really hurts to think about it, but lately i been rebuilding my life and quit gambling almost completely. But i didnt quit so let me tell you the tale of my last outing and you will see why i should never gamble. Its alot better honestly to live without gambling, you almost never get wealthy by gambling, only with the rare big jackpot, but otherwise you lose more than you win and the casino takes home your paycheck.

Last visit to local casino, im thinking just take $300 and play $20 a hand, just a little dip into the degen pond, well within 20 minutes i went from $20 a hand to $40 and i lost all $300. So i take $300 more, start off $50 a hand, lose, $75 a hand, lose, $125 a hand lose too! I got $50 left of $600, and been here 30 minutes. I am playing this electronic roulette I just jam the $5 chips all over and around 26, and somehow it hits for win of $585! Im back to even! I keep playing and winning $100 here on roulette, $100 on blackjack, $100 on baccarat, im up $300! I feel really good and keep gambling, but transfer $500 of the cash into my wallet from my pocket as money i have to take home. I keep gambling and start losing. I start placing large bets and losing. I dip into my wallet and make $100 spins on black roulette. Its bloody red over and over. I dip into ATM card. Im down $1000 by 3 hours into this degenaracy, well screw it its go big or go home, $10 slots like old days, brick brick brick, WTF im leaving. Buy $10 lotto scratch to burn last of the cash, it a brick too!

Was down about ~20k for 2017 and just had a solid 7k score to hopefully turn things around. I don’t gamble as often but when I do it’s been for large amounts and fast. Stimulants are usually involved.
