Ok I will explain this once and for all.

I’ve taken 200k from the lender. He is a good friend of mine. Same guy that loaned me last time and took massive interest. Did he rape me w interest? Yes. But he also gave it to me all unsecured without a written contract.

On top of the 200k my debts are 100k. I owe all this money to credit cards and 60k is on an amex charge card. My parents cannot pay this 100k of cc debt which I’ve mentioned before is under their names Cz I’m a supplementary holder. In order to pay this 100k off I need my lender and he will not do it until my parents sign off collateral to him. I can keep the loan with him and just owe him but his rates are super duper high and I can’t pay the interest even with a proper salary.

I don’t want to rip him off. I’m a degenerate but I am not scum. So here are my options:

Find a way to get 100k without lender and pay off those bills and walk out on lender. (I won’t do this even if I could plus where will I get 100k?)

Walk out on lender and get parents to call amex and set up a payment plan to try and pay back slowly (their credit will be effected).

Sell Audi lease (30k I get maybe) and cover 30/100k I need and walk out on lender.

Get parents to remortgage home to cover the 300k and pay them the interest.

Get parents to sell home and cover the 300k and pay them whatever interest they’ll have to pay on the next place they buy.

I’m not trying to screw anyone here. I want to pay back everyone. Again which route I’m going I’m not sure..we will all sit down and discuss this. My dream scenario? Dad arranges 100k and pays bills. Tells lender **** u. Tells me **** u. Kicks me out of the house and tells me to pay him back 100k as well as sort it out w lender myself. Unfortunately I know my parents and this won’t go down.

If my dad says FU to the lender and finds a way to cover his ass I still will work on paying back lender. I hope this makes sense.

Audi is my only asset and it’s worth 30k so let’s say my debt number is 270k.

Too easy for me to say this is what I would do without sound patronizing, I hope the below helps you creating the right plan of action suited to your situation Snipes.

Your only two assets are your car and the (future) job afaik.

Put your car as collateral to your parents for 30k cash and use that to reduce the cc bill to 70k.

With the car become an uber driver (I hope you live in a big city that allows this) and any money you make you use it to repay 30% parents and 70% cc bill.

Agree on a achievable repayment plan with your lender (friend right?) - this will be tricky but you have leverage since you didn't sign off anything so he's lucky anything he gets - ideal would be to freeze the amount and repay only that 200k+inflation

With the (future) job repay your lender.

You will have 2 jobs and little to no free time but it's a start.

You will have to come out clean on your sets to your parents and GF for the above to work I think.

Snipes, do you have any available credit left on your credit cards? isnt your amex card a no limit card? Here are some ways you can get some liquid if you have available credits.

-make 2 paypal accounts, have 1 account sends money to the other.
-some casinos lets you buy chips with a credit card and it will count as a purchase, meaning you can bypass those cash advance limit.

You cannot work and pay off credit cards, especially when you have a high limit like him. interests will rack up and you'll be working to pay off intersts. credit cards, You have to nuke it away in one shot or let it sit until you have the money.

If you do work you have to use that money to gamble. This is what im currently doing right now, all money from work and other affairs will be used to gamble and hopefully ill hit something, if not ill be in your shoe and coming clean soon....

I have unlimited credit on my Amex but no betting sites take Amex and they stopped selling vouchers around here on credit. Not sure how to liquidate my Amex into cash. Can’t bet online with PayPal either right?

Sell the car for 30k$ and go 30k$->300k$ on sports or casino. You have more or less nothing to lose.

There are 2 ways you can do this, first you have to make 2 paypal accounts, fx: 1 for your dad and 1 for you..

link the amex card from your dads paypal, send the funds to your paypal, just like if he were to buy something from you, once you have the funds, withdraw it. The funds will go to your bank account, buy crypto n blast away.

2nd way, go to walmart, cvs (any store that sells those vanilla prepaid card) buy the prepaid card with a credit card, then link the prepaid card to your dads paypal and send it to your paypal. Same process withdraw the funds and buy crypto.

Or you can do the casino trick. -buy chips with a credit card, then cashout the chips into cash-. (not all casino let you do this, but it shouldnt be that hard to fine one)

These works 100%, i used to do it all the time. Can liquidate any credit card. Best of luck!
