Dealer Fish Gets Stacks In - Big O Tourney - He Has 23.6% Equity

Fish limps this trash UTG deep in a Big O tourney (12 from money in 103 entry field), then calls my UTG+1 pot-sized raise, magically flops the nuts on me when I have top set, nut flush draw, backdoor diamonds and backdoor low on the flop and we get stacks in and I'm STILL over 76% equity against this dealer (did I mention most dealers are terrible at poker? I can count on one hand how many dealers I've met that are actually competent and not just degen button mashers)
