So on a random Tuesday night I am up at a small local casino (if you must know black oak casino in sonora ca). Jerry Yang some how decides to come in, but of course there is no game (bad weather weekday night and 11pm were all contributing factors). Luckly we get a 2-5 game started 6 handed. Jerry sits down and plays me and him are the only ones who buy in for the max: 500; one person for two and the rest is for the min which is a hundred. Due to the short stackers the game is really not much fun, Jerry was really a good sport and hung out in my oppion more for the players (like myself) who wanted the oppertunity then anything else.

First off I want to explain that Jerry did felt me first, I make no claims to be better then him. That hand went with us now down to three handed button folds jerry raises from the small blind to $27 I call with 86 of clubs and flop was (ace, 8, 3 one club two spades) Jerry bets slightly under pot which seemed to be his normal style at $50 (Pot was 51 after rake)i have $298 in front of me after flop I raise to $150 hoping he folds he ships and with middle pair and backdoor flush draw and 350ish in pot I decide to call he wins with ace jack and I rebuy.

later another guy flops and a set and doubles through Jerry's pocket jacks bringing Jerry back to my level.

Now the brag... Jerry raises to $27 from small blind I got pocket jacks in the big blind and repop to $62, and he just calls. Flop comes out ace king queen two hearts, he checks I check. I hit miracle ten on the turn, he checks I bet $45 into a pot of about $120 he calls, river is a black nine so no flushs so I have the nuts. He checks and I shove 400 into 200 pot he had 360 left thinks for a while and calls.
Spoiler:
pocket nines

Anyways I have seen what people think about him on this site but it was an honor to play a champion at stakes I could afford. Now I can also say I felted a champion since I took his stack. The last hand he played, pretty much, terrible, but I tried very hard to make the over shove look like I was trying to steal from a champion and I guess it worked and I think the money ment more to me then him.

Beat: since we were three handed the game died when I felted Jerry and after all that I was down a little less then $50 but was still down as I cashed 950ish. Jerry lost $500 and the game broke at 2:30 I got three hours of sleep before my morning probablility theory test.

you're going to wear that keyboard out in no time if you bother to write up a post like this instead of typing four letters and a blank space into google.

Apparently some people also think "ul" means "u lose" and are offended by it

Jerry Yang knows what tl;dr means, and if Jerry Yang knows it's probably not funny to level-pretend that you don't.
