I'd say it's 50% the bikers fault, I mean the dude was trying to apologize and yeah it was a stupid thing to do but if the laptop hitting him didn't seriously hurt him; flipping out, running in the street and getting hit by a car is a really really stupid thing to do. I've seen worse happen and people react much better, think of when a car accident happens, if you're not an idiot you don't flip out and throw a tantrum.

The guy and his brother came back at 3am in the morning. Was he in the hospital this whole time? He said he was and boy was he ****ing mad. Especially when I told him his bike got stolen. He actually told me was going to drag me out to the desert and kill me. I told him the closest desert is like 2000 miles away so ok. He told me he was going to call the police because hes tired "of this ****". My response "you just told me you were going to kill me and throw me to the camels, how will the police like that"?

He told me he has bruised ribs and a torn shoulder from getting hit by the car and a slight concussion. I asked him if I could take a picture of him (to obviously post here) and he asked me if I was kidding. So I said yeah, I didnt want to get him more angry.

He's coming back today to get some money for his bike, Ill try and get a picture of him there but I imagine Ill take a punch for it. haha.

Train your dog into a junkyard dog quick and keep him close by for protection. If you don't have the time or funds for this, just get a big chain and make him look mean. Although you could just bandage up his head a bit and tell the guy "you can't fight an injured-dog owner" Maybe wear glasses too. Keep thread updated.

I told him to get the **** off my property and if he ever came back, I will throw him off the balcony. I didnt make him leave his bike there and I even tied it up for the guy, he was the ****** flipping out in the middle of the street.

I did give him an apology and told him to go and hire a lawyer if he wants more than $300. He took the $300, spit on me and left. As he was walking out the door, I leaned over the balcony and threw toilet water on him for spitting on me. And yes it actually hit him.

lol well? This guy was a complete joker. I know some of it was my fault but brand new, the bike was probably worth $1,000. I seriously didnt tell him to run into traffic freaking out. He could have got on the sidewalk and yelled at me instead he chose to be dramatic. I actually told him today he was being dramatic and he says "are you out of your bloody mind! YOU threw a computer at me from a goddamn balcony, I got hit by a car because of you, my bike got stolen, I have messed up ribs, a concussion and whatever the **** else! And I being dramatic! You are a disgrace you piece of crap!"

hahaha I started laughing because what a drama queen. I wasnt paying him $2,900 ever. He's lucky I gave him three. Why did i? Because it was partly my fault. I also caught him in a lie. He's yelling at me saying "How am I supposed to go to work, that bike is my transportation!"
