Been playing on Bodog/Bovada for years now and have always loved the software/game feel on the site. (i know most hate it). I recently put $130 on to mess around with. I had no intentions of BR mgmt, just wanted to run it up so I could have the opportunity to practice real BR mgmt at the 400NL level (cant bring myself to play lower on a regular basis). I wanted to hit about 12k ish before buckling down. So I started at .5/1 and ran my 130 to around 500. Went to 2 tables of 1/2 and ran BR up to a little over 1k. Saw a ridiculous 3/6 6max game going and jumped in with 300. Ran that up to about 1200. Continued to play 2/4 3/6 on 3 tables running BR up to about 2.5k. So i jump in bed on the 4th night and wasnt even really going to play. I saw a 5/10 full ring game running (which i never see open games on). Said ehh what the hell, Ill sit and play tight for a bit and hope to run goot. I end up leaving the table with just over 5k about two hours later. Just ran into some amazing spots/coolerific hands. Short stacks kept shoving 300 stacks into my opens with like A10 vs my AK etc. etc. Anyways, I decide the 3k would help my life situation slightly so i cash out and hope to run the 3.5k up to 12 and nit up a bit on the BR. Obv doesnt happen and I run bad over the next 2 nights and bust the roll. Gonna try this again in the near future and will post results. Maybe no more 1000NL? haha gl all
