If you average 1BB/100 and play a lot, you will hit your goal for awhile maybe. You may even win at a better rate than this for awhile. At some point though, you will hit the ceiling of your skill and you will simply not be able to beat the rake anymore. I predict this will happen before you hit $1000, much less before you hit almost 80's that.

Playing 1k hands per day doesn't change anything. I can make as much or as little per day as I want. 10 BB is just a basic guideline. Some days I'll make a lot, some days I'll lose a lot. I should be able to make 10 BB a day on average.

Limit is super swingy and the average level of play is much higher than in NL. Above 1/2 you can easily lose 50-80 BB in 1 h playing one table.

If you can not bet the level you are playing, you can not win your 10 BB/per day. Above 0.50/1 a winrate of 1BB/h is very solid and only a handfull of people are able to beat the higher limits for that rate.

Limit is great and a lot of fun, but to win money you have to studie it hard and not just applying a simple made uo bankroll theorie.
