What a Coincidence, I had a long lost cousin die near there who was a big oil man. And I needed to send a few thousand to them to start the ball rolling. I also met a girl online who after two fairly short chats need a few thousand to speed up the visa process to come visit me. I THINK IT IS A SCAM FROM SOME PEOPLE IN A VERY POOR COUNTRY PERHAPS.
