Obv OP you are a prop bet fish because you clearly made a bet that you are going to lose. Luckily for you, you didn't escrow (also super lol dumb) so when Gman tells you that the bet clearly states if Durrr plays below 200/400nl one time you lose then you can cry about it and not pay because you say it violates the spirit of the bet, even though that is clearly what you agreed to.

Seriously OP, this could be one of the worst prop bets I've ever seen, based both on who its with, you clearly not knowing he's a huge troll, and you getting owned by the terms of the bet.

Bonus fun, too. The delayed escrow was set up so that if his wording didn't beat you (which it likely will), he just wouldn't pay anyway. So, not only is he sort-of-angle shooting the bet, but he was certainly going to scam you if it didn't pay off.

Win-win.

I think under those circumstances it would be acceptable to not pay. However, I have already escrowed my portion of the bet ($1,000) and emailed the OP to arrange the escrow of his portion ($2,500).

OP is levelling us all.

How can he not see that "will play below 200/400 before x date" is not the same as...whatever the f he thought he was betting on???

Assuming he somehow paid the escro (highly doubtful), villain will instaship this bet the first time durrrr blows off steam at the microstakes (that is, 100-200). Any reasonable escro will award villain in this case since the POST that OP quoted and said "BOOKED" to while trying to be a baller and bet with the big boys is the one with the wording I quoted. That IS the spirit of the bet. And hell, even worst case if December rolls around and Durrrr HASN'T played a hand below 2-4, villain can simply ship Durrrr half the bet to play one hand. $1250/hand (plus the stack he'll inevitably win with 47o on the hand in question) is even better than Durrrr's usual hourly.

Conclusion: OP is either a troll or a Terry Schiavo level vegetable.

terms were not agreed on mod by me and gmanshade the bet is off and you can close this thread now, no money was ever escrowed because the terms were never agreed on completely, so this bet is a wash and this thread was a waste......close it...

umm actually no we didnt we private messaged back and forth and couldnt agree... and i dont see how its a scam since we didnt escrow money... so i dont think you know what your talking about.... so before u tell anybody they are scamming have a little insight to what goes on outside of the threads
