Maybe? Definately! After the flop you played it soooooo bad - like a complete donkey.

He checked, you bet, he raised - you have top pair but only an 8 for a kicker, I would have called and only a complete donkey would have shoved all-in. His check/min-raise looks to be a move not designed to get you to fold, more likely trying to build the pot because he has a good hand (at least 2 pair, maybe a set). When your opponent seems to be trying to build the pot, it is not a good idea to shove all in with only 3 outs.

Of course I should add that had you called his check/raise after the flop and then got all-in on the turn or river then you would have had the same result - but would have played it well instead of like a donkey.
