News flash, the housing bottom is in.

House inventory is very low.
House price is very low.
Almost all Vegas listings are getting 10+ offers within one week and selling over list.
House prices have been going up by ~3% / month for the last 8 months.
Extremely low rates right now and likely for an extended period of time.

I dunno Vegas but I'm guessing it's out in the burbs/boonies (ie generic subdivision). When the market improves, flip it for big profits and buy something better located.

$350K gets you a 1-2 bedroom apartment in the outer suburbs of Sydney. Any apartment within the inner city area is closer to $1million. Average house price in Sydney is at least $600K, with the average being closer to $1million in the nicer areas of the city.

WGCRider's house would definitely cost a cool million if it was in Sydney and not in a ****ty area.
