I usually got up at 11:00-12:00.
12:00-14:00: breakfast time, shopping, watching some TV series, getting ready to start a day
14:00-19:00 1st session, light snack if hungry
19:00-20:00 break - wc, bigger meal, stretching, relaxing
20:00-0:00 2nd session
0:00-0:15 quick break, ususally for wc
0:15-3:00 3rd session
when I go to sleep, I set the alarm either to +6 hours (+20 minutes to go to sleep) or to +7 hours 30 minutes (again, +20 mins) because of sleeping cycles

I played Double or Nothings till the 32k game point. I started to grind $10, then moved up to $20, unsuccessfully tried to get to the high stakes (swing at 6k games). At about 12k game point I finally settled at $50 and $100 stakes. It went well from the start, but after some time I had a bad run, I was not playing well and the tables was filled with regs. I gave up SNE challenge in 2010 and started to grind $10 and $20 games again (25k-32k). When DoN's ended, I spent lots of hours getting better in the new format Fifty50 and then I quickly moved up to the high stakes again.

Yeah, I had some days when I could not focus too much, I was doing missclicks and not playing very well in overall. Some days, on the other hand, I played like a machine

You are "kizk_" I guess? Yeah, I have to admit, I was running about 120 buyins above EV this month. For my defense, in previous months I was about 150 buyins bellow EV. I am glad it turned around.
