Yes, I use Sowpods. Im just learning (e.g been on the site 2 days) at the moment but kinda addicted. However, it wont let me on now because something about a port restricting the access, but, have emailed them about it.

Also, how bad ettiquite is it to resign when you know you can;t win?

It can be considered good etiquette, similar to chess, but it affects your rating if you care about that. I think resigning is the equivalent of losing by 200 pts.
