I've been playing on Bovada for years. Not to brag, but I'm a winning player. I think their cards are random (to the extent of my observation). So there is nothing rigged from what I can see. Also, why do you think Bovada would favor another player over you? If anything, it is in their best interest to make you both tie. This way, neither one of you loses, but they collect rake. Poker sites are profitable enough because of the rake they collect. They have little incentive to rig the game, because that will destroy their business.
Anyway, I don't know how much they investigate players who collude, but so far, that has not stopped me from winning. Finally, the only thing I can negatively say about Bovada is their customer support (not A+), and their software (bells and whistles + some bugs) can be improved.
good luck,

Thank you, I knew I was going to get flamed when I wrote this, but it turns out it was just a ridiculously bad run where every long shot hit over and over again without fail. The problem is that this run happened immediately as soon as I started playing online again after a hiatus since 2011. Since then I'm back to even overall and I had a couple lucky catches myself and my favorites held up at the expected frequencies. I seriously had a point where I got it in 6 times in a row preflop w AK vs Ax and over vs underpair and lost all 6 in a row. It was sickening.
