Hey all, been playing decently high for a while now including SB. I recently used this site to play on as I'm in a country that blocks many sites. I deposited 5k in a few day span when the following situation ocurred:

I choose to play live blackjack.
I attempt to bet but my bet isn't accepted.
next hand, my balance is reduced by the amount i tried to bet but my bet was never accepted.
I contacted support about this, am told they need to check with their service provider.
receive no follow up, finally they give me a 200 refund(amount of bet)

two days later i attempt to play live blackjack again.
after a few successful bets(not in terms of winning/ but placing)
i attempt to place a bet for 400 but am declined and its not accepted
next hand I notice my balance is reduced by 400.
anyone on this site knows you can check transaction history.
transaction history doesnt show win or lose but "pending" for over 24 hours
funds are confiscated.
support tells me its a glitch in the software and its my own fault for playing after funds were taken from me on the first time noticing the glitch.
despite total desposits in a week span will not refund my money.
accepting no responisbility for the glitch.

a word to the wise, avoid this site like the plague.....seriously, check my threads i have high stakes games and SB to my credit, this is utterly unacceptable. not to mention their support team has the cockiest do no wrong, entitled managers I have ever witnessed on a service providing venue before. if you choose to participate here, do so at your own risk. reach out to other more seasoned operators.

Generally I will speak highly of support teams as they will go the extra mile to assist you and help out. this support team is literally the opposite. with exception to a few nice guys in live chat, these guys act like their **** doesnt stink. please stay away from using this site. i have honestly never wanted to punch my screen so hard over remedial amounts of cash. i am using this as a public service announcement.

I had issues because their casino dies at times. In the middle of a bet and the screen goes white. Then I get it back on and my bet was taken but I didnt see the outcome.. not good

Write an e mail to their gaming authority, what support says doesnt mean anything.

Wow actually can't believe people have to deal with this kind of poor support and management of their online rolls.

I've had the same experience with some sites that I will not mention but either way, when you have bills to pay and you're relying on a withdrawal to make ends meat, there's not much worse imo.
