Why has no one mentioned living off campus... Many time this is cheaper. Look in news papers, check messageboards forums etc

Just live in an apartment and grow your roll that way.

I never got in trouble in the dorms for online gambling. Although I did get an e-mail about being in the top 10 for bandwidth usage on the entire campus.
