Speedlimits / Brett Mrozowski allegedly scammed pokerbot_v7 for $3k. Speedlimits then said in the forums that he had paid the money. Speed then provided screenshots that look fake to bbv. Speed hasn't come back to the thread since to explain the errors in the images, and has been proven by the bbv jury to be guilty of scammin. Speed has still not paid back pokerbot. BBV pwnt Speed pretty hard by amending Brett's Mother's wiki page, and we have moved on to mspaintaments.

People who are saying you are ruining the reputation of his mother need to STFU. What if he robbed a 711, or robbed someones house for 3k? Would his mothers reputation be protected? *** no, his face and identity would be all over the news.

The problem is there is no recourse someone can take when stuff like this happens. if there is no punishment this will keep happening. His mothers reputation should be damaged. her son stole money from someone.

I too have been scammed before and understand what you are going through. I was so annoyed I have sent a nice email to all of his mother's email accounts, hopefully she is aware of the situation. Almost had the nerve to leave her a message at her University phone. I might just do that. Parents need to be aware of when their children are F***ing up in such a bad way. I don't really think the wikipedia entry is appropriate but maybe the email will help? Might even write her a handwritten letter. Just trying to help

Good luck.

saw Brett in vegas, met him for the first time in real life. he claims this thread/person is a load of BS. he was pretty cool to me, even offered for me to stay at his crib for the week.

i will say he was broke at one point, wanting me to cashout some money for him - i obv couldn't do that but did stake him in a couple sessions, where he did do good and won me some extra profit on the side.

i obv had not heard any of this until today (i've already been back from Vegas for several days now) - asked him about it and he just simply told me it wasn't true, but nothing further.

looks like this threads dead now but thought i would post an update.

PS is that really you Cheryl? Bretts mom? if so i would recommend not posting here anymore, trust me.
i suggest you read the entire thread (or at least the first half) and you will be 99.9% sure your friend is a thief and pokerbot is telling the truth

I like how Brett Mrozowski, the scammer originally acted like he had a side. Now its obvious that Brett Mrozowski is a pretty filthy scammer. I never dealt with him but from his posts I always thought something was off.

Brett Mrozowski seemed to do well for a bit then began "coaching" and I never heard of him again, until this. Its pretty obvious that Brett Mrozowski couldn't beat the games after a while, and has resorted to scamming. Brett Mrozowski you are a bad man, pay your debts. Brett Mrozowski...

To be quite honest, I think the only way to get to the bottom of this is if Brett gives the money back with interest for the trouble.

The fact that OP lives elsewhere does not mean Brett Mrozowski the scammer cannot be sued. AFAIK you are not allowed to be represented in small claims court but if you boost the figure to include moral damages, time spent trying to collect your money, legal and court fees the figure should increase to a level where you can seek representation to sue Brett Mrozowski for you. It may cost less than 3K but when you include the legal fees you can win your 3K and pay nothing for it.

Some people already mentioned that courts do not enforce gambling debts. This is not a debt. At no point in time did you lend him money. This is fraud, which is a criminal charge that should be taken care of by the police. All you have to do is pay some NVG guy to hand in your signed statement to the police and BOOM, Brett Mrozowski gets a criminal record. That will do way more damage to him than google. Once he is convicted, you can have somebody represent you in civil court and getting the 3K back will be a breeze, it will take like 5 minutes. LOL @ people who think defrauding people on the internet for large sums of money like Brett Mrozowski did is something the police will ignore.

I got scammed for an even larger amount and the threat of going to the police was enough to get me (most of) my money back after I found out the scammer's real name and location. It was much closer to a gambling-related debt than your situation too. I did not research all the details because my scammer paid up as soon as he found out I had his details and was willing to go all the way. Slap a criminal conviction on the bastard's file and he'll never recover from it. Not to mention it's almost for free.

Also, to the mod who deleted all the Brett Mrozowski quotes from the first page. Google periodically scans web pages and recalculates the relevance according to their algorythm. Next time google checks out the first page it will get a lower score because of all the Brett Mrozowski mentions you deleted. It will still probably be the top result but the point is valid and something you should take into consideration and not talk down on knowledgeable people who point that out to you.

Yes, if he would have payed his debt then I think mods would have removed his real name from this thread.

After seeing his Dirk Diggler and free coaching threads, can't really say it is too shocking. lol If I had more time and interest, could probably go thru all of his posts and build a case study on some form of sleazy stupidity, bordering on hilarity.

Everyone needs to lay off his family...they know that they have a loser on their hands...thing is...alot of really decent families have these types and often don't have alot to do with them and are certainly not responsible for their actions.
