Go ahead and ban me for that. Will make you even more of a fascist.
lol no and don't be stupid. there's clearly a thick dark line between publishing the parents name (acceptable or not) and being a fascist.

I know this is only my second post and all but read through this and speeed is a complete tool. As for the whole parents feud. Others mentioned stuff but I didn't hear the op say anthing about doing anything wrong to the parents. He just talked about getting their names in there so when you google them this will pop up to. As for the mod being a fascist for the personal info delete do you realize some lawyer can say 2+2 enabled some one to go after the family or something by letting people publish address or personal info of that nature in which they could be held accountable in some way if something were to happen. I mean ya it's a long shot but come on we are poker players it's like being 2 outed on the river. And to all you saying call the cops.. Online poker is illegal in alot of areas they would probably consider it money laundering. This really doesn't help the PPA much with stories like this. But to end this just remember Karma's a btch wait til he goes broke and trys to get a stake.

If he has possibly switched to a second account on all the pokersites to remain anonymous is there anything we can do to out him for multiaccounting? Can we email FTP/Stars/AP/UB saying that Brett Mrozowski/cybergurly/speeedlimits/BADMAN is multiaccounting and get them to look into it?

Ugh, I made a long post about this, but my browser crashed. Anyway I just want to say anyone doubting pokerbot's credibility is out of their mind. I'm not one to use these words lightly, but without a doubt he's as legitimate and reputable a person as one could hope to deal with in such an online community. It's unfortunate that this is happening to a good person like Jan. I wish him the best in resolving this situation.

Are you serious? The parents arent accountable for ****, he is old enough. From a law perspective, parents dont have anything to do with this matter.
The only reason the parents could come in is to talk some sense into their son.

sure he doesnt have to.. but why the hell not? bottom line, he got dicked and he is exploring diff avenues to try to get his $ back, if your man doesnt like it PAY UP. i know if i scammed someone like the greasy prick "speeds" is i would respond a lot quicker when my parents name was being dragged into an issue; than if he said ill beat you up (from however many miles away he is), ill sue you or ruin your name on google. clearly he doesnt care about himself if he would do this for 3k. so goin the parent route makes sence to me and on top of that when you are scammed online it is a very confined feeling w/limited paths to recovery i would take any possible angle i could to get my $ back( being as how this thread is costing bot money by wastng his time ). and if bro had a problem with how i dealt with it, come see me, pay up or shut up who cares about his emotions

no good idea ...

... assuming that he speedlimits has no other income then poker, how the hell should he pay back any time soon?
furthermore ... its is the easiest way to transfer for him later.

I'm pretty sure most collection agencies immediately start going after relatives/past addresses/etc. when they are trying to collect. While those relatives arent responsible for the money themselves, it adds a LOT of pressure on the debtor when his family is asking him about it. It is slimy, but I bet it is effective.

I'm sure that 'we' as in the poker community should be able to put enough pressure on speedlimits to get him to pay back!?

Pokerbots screen shot, story and IM time stamps match up perfectly. While you stay silent, change information and hide.

Prove yourself wrong sir or the Mrozowski name will be tarnished on the interwebz forever.

But should we email the sites to let them know that poker_bot is a bot?

There are several people in this thread saying that involving parents aren't morally right or whatever. Well, their son is a scammer and will definetly end up in deep **** trouble which could cost him a lot more than 3k. If I was a parent, I'd like to know if my child was going down that slope.

pretty sure having this thread as the first link in Google >>> $3K, so the retribution's worked pretty well so far/good job guys.

don't publish his parents' names though. around these parts we're stopping with the person directly responsible. (since email didn't work, a discreet phone call alerting them to their son's misdeeds may be another story)

Brett is over 21 years old. His parents are mature and recognize that at a certain age that their son has to be accountable for his actions. The reply from tutfill is just as immature as many other posts in this unfortunate thread.
