Do you think he will give the money back if no one speaks up? The guy is denying he stole money, did you not read the thread meaning he has 0 intention on paying it back. Nothing worse for someone then exposing him and embarrasing him, short of threatening him with physical harm this is the next best thing.
Quote:
Wrong. pokerbot cant let him get away with this. If Mrozowski got a kidney he can pay up.
However.. i think pokerbot should sell the debt to an organization that is specialized in debt-collecting/cutting off fingers/something like that.

Yes I have read the thread, and its obvious to me that speedlimits is in the wrong, however it would be a better idea to use the threat of outing all his parents work and contact info if he did'nt pay up asap, and if speedlimits continues to avoid and not pay up then *** him do whatever u like, but now that all the info is out and his rep is in tatters what incentive is left for speedlimits to pay back the $3k?

just so we are all clear, the next person who posts private info gets themselves a 5 day ban.

And before anyone asks, private info is whatever I deem private info to be, so if you arent sure, dont even risk it

Getting this thread deleted, and not having brettmzorowskithescammer.com made?

Seems like a good incentive to me.

The only catch was that you had to make a new account on fulltilt, and sign up through a rakeback affiliate using his name as a referral.

When i questioned how ethical this was, he pretty told me there would be a zero percent chance of getting caught/punished by fulltilt.

Sounds pretty scumbagish.
Wow this is sketchy.

Your the one defending a thief here, you need to think about your own morals and not worry about mine, lol @ me being as bad as the thief, I know right from wrong son, you won't catch me ripping someone off, then lying to everyone to cover my tracks. Mob thing sounds good to me btw, he stole, he should be made to pay back & punished, that's justice imo, nothing morally wrong with that.
you have some seriously ****ed up morals if you think the mob route would be morally correct

it means she prolly listened to whatever excuse her son gave her about why you are a making **** up about him owing you money.

Personally id put his parents names on the web page so that they showed up in google. People are smart enough to understand its their kid who did something wrong and arent going to hold it against them. But at the same time, theres a very good reason people care about "bringing shame to the family name", cuz you are connected whether you like it or not

anyways, with the help of some great guys we will put more pressure on him next week, so this is not over yet and it won't be over until he pays me back.

btw.. he doesn't use his speedlimits-account anymore but read this thread yesterday with the Nstomper-account. he probably expected nobody would recognize it.

The consequences for this could be quite big in the form of a lawsuit.
It's really frustrating to read things like this.

As far as causing "harm" goes, that's completely irrelevant. The word you are looking for is libel. And, as long as everything he says is true, SL has no standing to sue.

This,

1) he is not their son
2) no one was scammed

because that is all that was stated.
Not to mention that if he wants to sue, the burden of proof lies on him. So, he is gonna have to show that he didn't scam anyone.

Well, i wouldnt come straight out and ask them, but hinting at that solution is fine.

If they want to pay off his debt that is their solution, its in no way to dickish to sell his debt on to his parents - i mean OP could even off them 90c on the dollar to incentivise them to solve this quickly before the law/courts get involved with his theft.
