***Beat: Rajnish Harjika Scammed Me*** ***Beat: Rajnish Harjika Scammed Me***

I hired Rajnish Harjika to develop a poker tool software that would be compatible with sngs on Pokerstars and he scammed me out of $1600.

I hired him because he seemed to be very qualified and respected in his field and his named googled well and he allegedly has experience developing software for poker sites in the past. I paid him an advance of $700 and after I paid him the advance he pretended to be working very diligently on my project with his software development team, he would message me constantly on skype and call my phone asking for my input on many things.

His initial estimation was that the project would take about ~10 days in which to complete but after 5 days he abruptly told me that the project was finished and he would need the final payment asap. He told me that he needed to pay his team before they left that day and they would not leave his office until they were paid in full. He sent me screenshots of the finished software and promised to send me the finished software as well as answer any questions/make any small tweaks for me later that night. So being as we had a good business relationship thus far and I trusted him to fulfill these promises I hurried to the bank and wired him the final payment.

He then blocked me from skype and all other forms of contact, turned off his phone after I called it several times and disappeared with my money. It has been several weeks now and I have sent him numerous emails and called him countless times and he has just ignored me. Rajnish Harjika I know that you will read this and I want you to know that I actually feel sorry for you.... I trusted you and you just turned out to be a pathetic lowlife, you are grown *** middle aged man and your reputation is only worth $1600 to you???

Yeah it sounded like a great deal and after interviewing dozens of people and receiving quotes from $250-$10,000 I chose him because he seemed to be the most qualified/affordable person to get the job done right.

Just a couple words so when people google him they see this thread. Scam, Scammer, Crook, Criminal, Low Life, Thief, Degenerate and Unreliable.

I'm just mad at the NFL for extended half time, I would have never read this nonsense.

"Where are you based out of to get a quick background?"

Is this mug far enough away so I can scam him?

and lol at those screenshots.

All he's done is create the HMI - that takes about 1 hour to do.

Send him an official letter via snail mail, by fax, by email etc asking him to either deliver the software or refund you within 7 days or you will report him to the police.

Then if he doesn't refund you, hire a *cough* "debt collector" to get your money back.

So he had a team willing to work on this for 10 days for $1600. Thats $160 a day for a team. Lol I make that much subcontracting myself for ten HOURS.
