1 thing u really have to give credit to yourself is after the fact you seem to have control of your emotions the 1x i took a shot at 200-400 in a good game it took me over a week just to feel ok and quite a bit longer for my game and my feelings to return to normal and that wasnt for nearly as much of my bankroll
good luck im sure ill see you back on high stakes
While you do seem to have taken it well and are optimistic about your chances to return where you have been before, from what you wrote later it doesn't seem you have learned a lot or anything from this situation. Being good at BR management and disciplined in general is an essential skill if you want to make money out of poker or any kind of gambling activity, otherwise you will write another post like this one periodically, just because you didn't had the patience to wait being properly rolled for the stakes you played. No offense intended but taking shots while not being properly rolled is another way of being a fish/donkey in this game.
Because you seem like a genuinely nice soul, I just want to point out that your track record (posted here) doesn't necessarily indicate any sound proof of you being able to beat MSNL at a good clip. Hope you do, just saying not to put all of your ego-eggs in that basket because I wouldn't want to see you go buying a noose for yourself.
I'm still not convinced Chipuniter isn't just a fish who got on a hotstreak.. was he beating his games over a big sample ? Just hard to fathom that a great poker player can lose such a big chunk of his BR.
