Heater held on for 30k more hands after I made last update, I started witdrawing a lot and it didnt last long until the inevitable downswing followed, doomswitch was never so brutal
86k hands at -9bb/100
Total downswing was actually 72.5 BI instead of the displayed 68 but couldnt find the exact starting point and I lost another 2.5BI at 1kNL live
After this downswing I was still a lifetime 3.8bb/100 winner over 750k hands
Contrary to my usual way of dealing with downswings (move up and regain martingale style until nearly busto
) I moved down, from 400nl to 200nl, 200 to 100, 100 to 50. With ever decreasing volume and motivation, I played a pathetic 75k hands in 4 months.
It was at 50nl and with only 1k more online I did what every sane person would have done, and what I should have done much earlier: I deposited 5k and moved up to 200NL and then (after losing 3.6k first) a magical thing happened:
