I will second stu+stu with the if you make it to Vegas I got a place for you to stay a few days if your story checks out. I can also can get you work especially if you like to write and work on the interwebz. If you make it to LA I might be able to get you a place to stay for a few but I am not there right now so it will be a little tougher. If your in LA I can certainly have someone meet up with you somewhere to give you a few bucks to help get you back on your feet.

The reality here is that BBV, or any other internet forum for that matter, is not going to be able to help you. Sure a couple bucks shipped on FT or some encouraging words maybe, but not real help. You're going to have to do your best to step it up, get ANY kind of work what so ever (even if you need to go stand with the Mexicans and do day labor or odd jobs for random people that drive up). If all else completely fails and you are literally on the verge of suicide/starvation...join the army. There is nothing wrong with that. You don't have to be infantry, you could do data/inventory or something like that. You will be immediately fed/housed/insured and will be setting yourself up to attend a university. Stay strong. And please take my advice seriously. It is a REAL option.

It's not an immediate option, but it is a long term solution to think about. Ship dates for basic training in the Army are backlogged for about 3-6 months. Anyways, if you are in that much trouble the military is a serious option. Serve four years and you can pretty much get out and get paid to go to college.

That's no longer in effect. The Army is no longer having trouble obtaining their monthly recruiting goals due to the horrible economy. There are still signing bonuses but there's no longer one for shipping within thirty days after enlistment. I was just down at MEP's a few days ago and a few future soldiers were able to get a ship date in july but most of them weren't leaving until october.

OP, I read most of the thread because I wanted to make sure that nobody will say what I say. I am very surprised that people believe you so much to be honest it looks like a big troll to me or I am just being leveled.

Anyways, if you had a brain here's a list of thing you could of done that have been said before and that you should do asap. Right now you are just being weak and letting yourself die. (if true of course)

1) Go back to your parents and beg for a room for a while. If your parents don't take you back you either did something really terrible or you have real bad parents. Specially I don't see a mother letting her child being homeless, her mother instinct should come on the top imo.
