I'm not sure on the name but its the same guy that scammed IFS. He used the same emails when he scammed me plus he confessed to me when he saw me in this thread. He did say he is trying to get his **** together and pay people back, will see. Obv. i'm not getting my hopes up.

Update:

I got the first payment today. I've also told him to put up a few of his belongings on eBay, so I should be getting more money in a few days.

I still have all the evidence and will come out if he refuses to pay one month, or decides to scam more people or something.

And how much was that first payment?

not much, like 500$. But still, I think I'll be getting more money in the next few days.

OP, don't give him a delay. He'll only use it to withdraw from whatever accounts you're aware of. Contact FTP or whomever ASAP if you haven't already, they'll freeze whatever (if any) funds there are left in those accounts.

Sad to say but iam kind of victim also.Just realised this about some hours ago.

Didnt payd attention that DP 2+2 account was hacked.

This guy added me to msn and offered coaching to me.

Since i wasnt doing good at a time i sayd i dont need coaching and i sayd i need staking.

The guy sayd he would stake me.(a month ago).
But this never happened.
Also he asked for help that he needs to trade money netteller/mb vs FTP/stars .
And couple my friends helped him.But he send money first usualy.No idea what was the point of it.

I had no idea till now that was actualy the scammer iam talking with.
He used PM-s with my friend to proof before the trading deal that it was really him etc...

He made deals with 2 of my friends.With first deal he agreed to send first.

But after some time he started to talking with me again and sayd he needs to trade again.(i didnt know at a time he was actualy a scammer).

So i added him to conv with my friend.
And this time he sayd that he wants my friend send money first.
But my friend didnt do it (lucky him).But it was ammount like 2k$ or something as i remember.
After my friend refused to send him first he started to berate me that iam scammer or whatever.That my friend refused to send first.He sayd to me that he will bann me from 2+2 that i tryed to fool him.
But actualy i just tried to help,but i just didnt know he was scammer and my friend was lucky he didnt accepted the trading deal to send first.

So after he sayd that iam scammer etc.

I sayd to him that you can forget your deals and this is complete crap u are talking that i was just trying to help you.

Also i sayd that i will make a thread about him that i wont let this ridicilous thing ruin my 2+2 reputation.

After i sayd that,he instantly sayd that he was only joking.

Since then he hasnt talked to me.(This was couple weeks ago).

He only talked with me today and sayd to me that i should stay away from this topic etc.
Anyway scammer if u read this u can fk urself and i block deleted u from my msn.

And if real DP read this.I really hope u can rebuld your reputation and everything will be okay.

btw OP, its not a good sign that he payes 500usd even tho you might feel good about getting something, reason is that its such a small amount its most likely just to stall. if i was you i would demand some more money asap as a proof that he is actually going to pay pay 30k

People like him obviously doesnt stop before they got a serious lesson or learn from it.

For example.
Before i started playing poker i was playing MMORPG online game.Similar as runescape but little different.
But there was a kid.Like very young guy.Who keep scamming people on and on.
And people was stupid enough to fall to hes traps several times.
He also created new msn-s. etc.Pretended to be a friend with a victim and after some period earned theyre trust and then started using that trust for scamming.
I got scammed by the same guy also in that game.

Those people just doesnt change.Or it will take a long time for them to realise it isnt right what they are doing.

+One very important thing is.As you sayd the guy is a complete degen.
This makes even things more difficult.
Ive had serious gambling problems last year and i know how does it feels like.
No way he wants to give that money away.Yeah,maybe he try to "double it" and send back or whatever,but very unlikely.
If he wouldnt be such a degen,things wouldnt be so difficult.

this really sucks OP, and I'm sorry it happened to you but I don't think you should put someone's information online. I would contact the authorities about it and not post info online, because for all you know (and most likely based on the fact that the scammer is probably tricking you again), the information is either fake or it isn't the scammer. For all you know you are putting up some random guys information and he will have to deal with harassment and threats from people on the internet.

From reading the thread I'd have to say that Ajaz certainly seems fishy and is probably the person behind this, but obviously can't really say that I'm sure. Whole situation sucks but it's a lesson to everyone not to trust people on the internet

This is the story about Killbauer...

Killbauer first contacted me in mid January right before my prop bet and said he was considering betting like 20k against me. I was obv interested and added him on MSN and we discussed the bet. Later that day Andrew.Seidman@balugapoker.com added me on MSN. I googled it and it said he was a coach and had his own website.I talked abit with him about the prop bet but nothing else. And suddenly, out of nowhere, he said he was a coach at PLO and NLH and offered me PLO coaching. I laughed and was thinking "douchebag", and blocked him on msn.

Killbauer had explained me that he was a 22 yo making a living playing poker and staking other players.He said he earned alot of money staking good poker players. And he mentioned that he had a friend, that really needed staking since he is studying and need money. His name was Kyle. I added Kyle on MSN, interested in maybe helping him out. But I once realized that the guy was cocky and arrogant, so I blocked him and deleted him on my MSN. Within the next days, Killbauer said he wasnt gonna bet against me in the prop bet anyways, he figured I was too confident.

The next days, Killbauer gave me tips about investing money in stocks. I knew there is a lot of money to be earned, so I was curious. He said he had a proffesional on MSN that could give me tips, and he wanted payment pr hour. I settled an appointment that day, but Icontacted him later and said I had to cancel it because of a football game I was gonna play at that time. He got extremely angry and told me to **** off. Good bye.

Killbauer and I spoke every day on MSN, upto several hours, everything from poker, girls and movies. I felt we got a really good contact/connection/relationship. Killbauer told he also worked for Ipoker and
that he was an employee of the VIP manager there. This happend to be all true, and he recommended me me to start playing there and get a nice rakeback deal etc. I decided I didnt have time to do it since I was chasing SNE on pokerstars. After this point I really started to trust him, because he was an employee of a legit person.

The VIP manager knew Killbauer pretty well, and he told me he had a disease called bipolar..

This is in the end of march, and Killbauer says he knows a guy names AJ which is also from Trondheim. I didnt know who he was but apparantly we had played in the same live clubs in Trondheim and knows alot of the same people. Killbauer knew him by doing some transfers together. AJ confirmed this.

2. April I leaving Riga. Right before I packed my suitcase I spoke with Killbauer. He said he needed to borrow my 2+2 account again, and I let him. He was done in like 30 minutes. I figured he was trying to contact a mod or something... After he logged out and right before I was leaving my hotel room we had a little discussion on MSN, and I ended up calling him a donk and logged of MSN and booked out from the hotel.

When I came back to my apartment in Trondheim, I went str8 to bed, I was dead tired. When I woke up, Killbauer said he had done a terrible terrible thing. "can you ever forgive me". Apparantly he had been really upset and angry that I had logged of MSN/blocked him, he had somehow gained my password to my 2+2 account and giving it away to a "random stranger" (which is him, looking back on it). This is the part about sk11lz. He is a guy that I was considering staking and helping out with some money. He was on my MSN and I asked him if he could send the mod a PM and request for a selfban. So he did, and I got banned. I hope no harm was done. I spoke with the ipoker VIP manager and he said that he had spoken with Killbauer and that he was depressed. Killbauer was so angry at himself and was willing to try to do everything in his power to fix it. I knew that is disease could make him do "crazy" stuff, and I thought we had become extremely good friends. I talked to Mike haven and he said I owed 5,9k to different guys. I instantly payed up without thinking about it. And I forgave Killbauer. I didnt wanna lose a friend over this.

After that episode, we still have had long conversations and being almost best buddies online. And then out of nowhere I read the 2+2 forum and I saw that scamming thread. I was shocked, and thought that it maybe could be a misunderstanding or just another huge mistake Killbauer had made again. But it was ALL THE SAME. Balugapoker and Kyle, staking, etc, eveything the same. I spoke with Killbauer on MSN and he said he was very sorry. He never meant to do this too me. We got such good friends, and he lost his head a few minutes. And I was surprised to see AJ's name in this mess. I didnt think he had nothing to do with it. Killbauer said that AJ and the VIP manager on Ipoker were just "pieces of the puzzle" and it got people to trust him. I spoke with the vip manager and he was in shock. Killbauer had faked all of his documents he has sent in to him etc..

Later that day I had a conversation with imfromsweden and Killbauer. I have never ever been harrassed like that and AJ said that the guy was action like a douchebag to him, and was making huge assumptions and treaths. I was just a victim myself, so I didnt feel with oscar. He was just a stupid kid...

I have been nothing but an extremely good friend for Killbauer all this time. I even forgave him about the 5,9k.

And what is going on with 2+2? Isnt it called innocent until proven guilty?? Alot of people crossed the line, and I hope this wont happen in the future.
