We will be examining all cases where players were affected by this
disconnection issue and compensating players based on the conditions in our
Tournament Rule #31:

The following will occur if you were seated at a tournament:

* If you were playing in a tournament (or Sit and Go) and were "in the
money" at the time of the disconnection, you will be awarded with the next
guaranteed payout and refunded your tournament fee. In addition, any remaining
prize pool will be distributed among all remaining players based on chip count.

* If the tournament (or Sit and Go) was not yet "in the money" at the
time of the disconnection, you will be refunded your tournament buy-in and
tournament fee. Your buy-ins will be refunded in the same currency you used to
enter the tournament, unless you earned your entry through a satellite, in which
case you will be refunded the standard buy-in for the tournament. In addition,
any buy-ins from players already eliminated from the tournament will be divided
up and distributed among all remaining players based on chip count.

Now I get the runaround? Check our system status site.......Right, the only way I knew FTP was down was becuase FTPDOUG sais so in another forum. I like how you have to do an investigation to figure this out. Well im not sure if your site is gonna work for me anymore. Im definitley not playing until you refund me my 8.80.... and not for nothing, the same thing happened 30 minutes earlier and it cost me a seat in miniFTOPS#2 when I was disconned for 30 minutes coming back to having to shove all in and losing to 46....... unacceptable that the cash history wont show in any records or emails, how much sense does that make, when i was disconned was i supposed to know to the dollars and cents how much was in my acct? [x] 3 on a scale of 1 to 10

Its my wifes account, we had her account email with att but since had cancelled out at&t service and without thinking I sent it from the only other houshold email address we had. Ive been playing there for 3 years and so has my wife, who I met at a poker game, and who let me name my kid River. I really dont understand how you can close my account and confiscate my funds because I sent an email from a different account. I cant imagine what 2+2 is going to say about all this. Please get back to me with the utmost expediency. I cant imagine the 200$ in my account is worth the negative pub and our households dicontinued play at your site. This is getting old.Both of us have done everything you have asked for. As a family who has played over 2 thousand MTT's and 2 thousand Sit n goes under Sassie and Staybuff too, taking part in the success of your site and paying close to 10 thousand dollars in rake and tourneys fees, this is an outrage. I cant believe you would go so far as to close an account, ask for information that you are sent and then you wait 16 hours to respond if not more, I still havent heard anything. Im just really flabbergasted at whats happened since we came back to Full Tilt earier this month. It had been months since we were on your site. Please do check your records and see if Sassie or Staybuff too every played at any cash games together, mtt together, sng together.......no? Hmmmm. Well how you can you close an account for multi accounting if an angle was never shot and there are two people in the house that each own one account? How can you do this? If it takes another 24 hours to hear back about this my next call is to Wyde Fox and Nation.

so im reading emails from you to FTP whining about your 8 bucks, aight, i need life

I care not about the 8$, this is an email just like many im sure they've gotten I just posted mine for the benefit of 2+2, be it flame material or actual point. All Im saying is when they refund me my money (the 8$ or the 200 in my now closed acct) they say tehres no history of it...nothing in transfer history......nothing in load history......no email verifying a transfer from FT to any accts. They just say they took care of it already by the time the site came up. Well Ive had this happen before and they only refunded me half my tourneys fees...after I used the db to get the tourney # they refunded me the whole amount. I know there were players muti tabling that have no idea how much money they had in action, i think they need to change their status quo for those players more than me.

2nd point. They say in thier email to check the server update page, the same one we were making fun of for saying all systems were up and running have fun on the tables WHILE the outage was going on. It never changed.

Thats it. Just some basic respect.
