What are the names of both companies? Why have you stopped communicating with Company A who you contracted with?

1. Call Company A and inform them of the situation.
2. Assuming Company A is a legitimate shipping business, tell them you will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
3. Assuming your problem is still not resolved, contact police*.
4. If and/or when you get car back, file complaint with the BBB anyways.


*I am not sure what the police can do since this seems like a civil matter. Had they come and unlawfully removed your car from your possession than yeah the car would be stolen, but theoretically, you gave Company A permission to take your car so this is more of a bailor/bailee situation where they are refusing to return your chattel. But like I said, I am not sure on this so err on the side of calling the police anyways.

I am not sure why you are continuing to contact the shady company, I would have that responsibility firmly placed with the original company you entered into an agreement with. They are definitely responsible, unless you signed paperwork with the shady company then you have no agreement with them.

2. Make story public in media.
3. Take picture of your front and back door, and write down weekly schedule -where you are, and how you get there- on a paper.
4. Pay Todd a visit. Take axe with you. Also take proof of story in media with you, pics of front n back door and weekly schedule.
5. Give Todd pics n paper and tell him how he can enter your house, and where u r during week. Tell him also your axe-swing is bit rusty... So you took insurance,, and made story public.
6. Slam axe in his desk - under no condition will he ever report this- and say 'hmmm, not that rusty actually'.

My car had to be repaiired, but local garage couldnt fix, so they brought car to 'other garage'. After 2 weeks without garage A answerign my q's, and them threatening me , i did all of the above. They gave me free temporary car and in 24 hours my repaired car. Was +2years ago, and still have no bill from them.

I'm sort of confused on this one. It might just be me, but if you're having a COMPANY ship your car across the whole ***** United States, wouldn't this be a pretty decent sized company? I mean I'm no car shipping expert but I'm assuming the equipment to do that kinda stuff is rather expensive, especially going across almost from border to border. And there isn't one person in the whole company(s) that can tell you where your car is? Something doesn't sound right.
