The I-poker network Fraud department has finally come down with a decision and here is what the decision was:

The money on your account will not be returned to you. It is confiscated and to be used to refund all the players that have been cheated out by you in their games.

You have used Chilipoker as a method to make money in a fraudulent manner therefore it is considered theft.


You are banned for life from ChiliPoker.com or any other Poker site on the I-poker Network.

You can in no way try to create new accounts as this will be considered a breach and you will not be abiding with our rules and terms.

Breaching any of the above mentioned will result in I-Poker taking further actions.

won 5 sitngo's in a row. if you win 6 you get 60k$ ..
so i shipped the buy-in to a friend of mine and he helped me out in the last one. i even managed it to win... i know this is very bad and evil etc.

whatever.. at least this funny guys gave me half of my bankroll, even thou they say "its confiscated" - lol

i was just so stressed, i only had few hours before i had to leave (and you have to play theese tourney within 2 weeks), had to go to the army the same evening.

Just didnt really think and called a friend... i would only take me 5 seconds longer to first transfer the money to his MB-account, then nobody would have found out.
