Id say its very likely his tumor have to do something with his weight, hormones and crap is involved, it can swing pretty much in every direction depending on tumors placement. There is a MMA fighter that got gigantism, essentially he just overproduce growth hormones giving him very maskuline features as massive chin, big hands and feets and length. It might be or not be connected to his obesity but really, who cares? I dont know the man but you seem to know of him way less than me and i cant understand why you hate on someone you prolly never even met or spoken with.
