Where do I even begin?

Part 1 of .... This could be a long one. I'll try to recollect as much as I can in a chronological order to the best of my memory.

I started sneaking into casinos at the age of 19, and turned what should have been a solid career in tech and a "normal" successful life into 20 years of degeneracy and instability.

Started out as a relatively young and accomplished tech nerd, and had a near 6-figure salary job by the age of 19. Dropped out of high school to pursue this career, and social engineered my way into a $55k/yr salary first job on the east coast using a bunch of online acquaintances I've never met as references.

Got fired from that job for doing dumb **** unrelated to work after a little over 6 months in, and found a new job within a couple weeks in the silicon valley that paid me to relocate and a $70k/yr salary in year 2000. Got a raise less than a year in to $85k, then got fired a few months later for more dumb **** unrelated to work.

Got a new job shortly after with a startup company with $95k/yr base salary and a bunch of stock options, and got fired about a month in with a 3 month severance package for ... somewhat related to work behavior. (This startup never "made it")

After that, I struggled to find something as good, and took a moderate pay cut with another startup ($75k/yr + stock options), where I met a co-worker who taught me poker. He helped me sneak into cardrooms when I was 19, as he was of age and a regular at the cardroom.

A degenerate was born, nearly 20 years ago...

At first, started out playing $2/$4 limit Holdem, I believe the year was 2001, maybe 2000? Smallest stakes available at this cardroom. Small stakes no limit cash games didn't really exist at the time, limit games dominated, 7 card stud (hi and hi/lo), a-5 low-ball etc were played as well but limit Texas Holdem was dominant.

I believe the cardroom I played at spread a $40-$200 "spread limit" game which played huge, and found out years later that a $1k min buy-in $10-$10-$20 w/ $40 minimum open may have been running a bit north of where I played, but those stakes wouldn't have interested me anyways, since even a $100-$200 loss would make me lose sleep even though I could afford it.

I basically got a crash course in hand rankings and rules of the game, played a few games with sugar packets in the break room before deciding I was ready for the cardroom. I remember repeatedly calling down on the river with 4 cards to a straight, ace-high-nothing, etc., just kept putting chips in and hoped the dealer would eventually push me the pot, without necessarily understanding why or how.

The term clueless would be an understatement.

Is this a warmdeck gimmick account on magic mushrooms or something?

Or something.

Do you think it might be more interesting to tell the story in a non chronological, Quentin Tarantino / Pulp Fiction style?

Interestingly, our friend Colon Puddle here thinks my story is a fraud...

I assure you, you're wrong.

Warmdeck still owes me $350, if you want to cover it for him and ship to me, I'd have no objections.

Its between 350 and 400, Id have to look back at bank statements from 2015 when Warm Deck pulled a BS money grab move on a business deal, a few days before I was supposed to fly to that gumba's East Coast HQ. Probably better, I'm sure a few of his lackies would of ended up throwing me in the trunk of a car and Id end up floating in some stinking river.

I still want my money though, and WD will pay for it in one way or another.

Sorry to interrupt your story, please continue, looking forward to seeing the degen path u walked down.
