Well like the title says I'm banned from Pokerstars for over a year now. My pokerstars name is the same as my forum name if anyone wants to look it up on OPR. I probably have around 500k hands of cash played as well

I'm by no means a pro, just someone who played casually for 10 years prior to being banned.

I dont even know why I'm sharing this story maybe because I'm bored. I got banned for harassing the support staff with trolling emails. You know the kind...playing while intoxicated, suffer a horrific beat deep in a tourney, then emailling poker stars support just lashing out on them telling them how corrupt their site is and that its rigged.

To make a long story short they banned me for a week and said if I ever did it again I'd be banned forever. Needless to say less than 2 weeks later I lost a huge pot with KK to an underpair and completely lost it. Sent in a raging email and got banned for life from pokerstars.

Now I do admit they warned me and it wasn't smart to send the email they specifically told me not too send. But what I can't figure out is why would they ban a long time player over something so harmless as hate mail? I wasn't cheating or violating any terms of service yet my punishment is the equivalent of the death penalty for someone who liked to play online tournaments.

I've gone back and forth over the year asking them to rexamine my case and conceded to have their support ban my email address as long as I could play tournaments and they even declined after that. Yeah I'm a huge ******* when I want to be but they simply refuse to budge.

I'm wondering how this is fair when they have allowed people who openly cheated to continue playing. I know someone who had their account involved with fraudulent transactions who was unbanned and allowed to play. So I ask, why not me?

I'm hoping there is someone out there who has been banned before and can offer any suggestions or ideas I could use to get unbanned?

Or should I just continue to crush souls on Party poker?

They are no different than any other entity, they can ban whoever they want for no reason. And you deserved to be banned. You made your bed, now lay in it.

Also I should state that I dont really miss playing at pokerstars....I just feel like I deserve the right to be able to. I mean has anyone ever been banned from gambling for trolling??

there is nothing delusional at all about my post or my life. I made my mistake and i clearly acknowledged it in my OP. Is it so wrong to voice my opinion that I think its crazy to permanently ban someone based on emails which people have the option to read or not to read?

Also I have 17k in cashes at party poker since being banned from stars Doesnt seem like a huge loser considering i dont play their big buy ins

No I couldn't provide any one email that got me banned as it was a whole slew of emails spread out over years and years. I guess thats why I continued to fire them off with no regard and never believed they would actually take actin against me.


Also to people saying I'm acting like a child...I dont think that I am. I fully admitted that I was wrong and blamed no one but myself. It makes no difference in my life if I play another hand at pokerstars. Truthfully it has probably saved me money, however I still feel like I deserve to be able to play in WCOOP events if I want to.

I honese got banned for same thing I would send abusive emails saying it rigged all bunch idiots blah blah

Was told few times stop or a ban , done it again got a ban

Tried few times reopen account was told no

Basically stopped playing poker to win money and just play see a flop poker and the tilt went mostly with me trying to win

Sent email saying sorry to chat and said don't play poker to win now and just deposit for entertainment only, and got account opened

They were right to ban me, and think all depends on personal who reads your email saying you want play again either belive you or don't

Always could get someone on there good day or bad day.

Give it time try again if you think you can not tilt in furture if you run bad or self tilt due to bad beat , life or drink not that easy if done it in past and still play to win.
