I turn into a big fish when playing cash, not sure exactly but I just can't play well playing cash compared to tourny's .. I'm a break even player playing MTTs but I find myself loosing money on the cash tables not everyday but if I play a cash session or two, I can loose a few buy-ins or even worse get a run of good cards and make some money which I'll give back and then some... after all I'll be saying to myself ''everything is on the up and going well, what's the harm etc etc'' but deep down I know that it's a big mistake for me to play cash games..... for me they're a money pit ... but, but I keep getting sucked back into hitting the cash tables, I hate that I do... it's like flushing money down the toliet.. argghhhh arghh ........... I wanna stop attempting to play cash games, stop blow cash needlessly ..

I dunno why I'm way more suited to MTTs but it's gotta be a combination of it not mattering weather it's a freeroll or $20 buy-in, it's all the same... you know it's either 1500, 5000 or 10000 starting chip starts - blinds very similar, hyper/turbo/regular speed etc etc.. also you have a clear goal in a tourny - win it and that means playing until you either win it or mostly like loose all your chips ...... I don't need to decide to leave, I'm either still alive or not - no decision there lol - the ''leave once your whilst ur winning compared to reload, reload after a bad beat'' rinse and repeat... ohhhhhh and you know your risk vs reward in a tourny more clearly unlike a cash game -- that means bad beats don't bother me as much too, meaning I don't go on tilt like I do in cash games.. I get more enjoyment outta playing tourny's tbh.

Anybody else suffer here a good tourny player but piss poor in cash games?

lol at exponentially more thought.

Sitting 800bb deep with 23s in HJ folded to you, pondering “hmmm call or raise?”””

Sitting infinitely deep in cash with AA heads up pondering, 16 bet raise or flat call for deception. Hmmmmm?

Cash games and tournaments are the same **** just casual gambling, just go play roulette OP. A lot easier to hit the long run IME. That’s serious gambling.

Let's be nice. OP, I was just being silly with my last post.
Sweet and short. Knowing a flush beats a straight, doesn't mean you know how to play poker.
People who play for play money aren't playing poker. People who .play 20 dollar donkey tournaments aren't either.
Poker is not a card game.
Poker is a money(chips) game.
If you're not playing for money, you're not a poker player kid.
If you dispute my argument, look back at what you wrote.
Hope that woke you up bit.

P.s. Breadfish, lol.
