I almost feel like i can check behind and fold river.. Seems like a pretty bad spot to bluff. I really would only have to be concerned about him value shoving QQ, and don't think that's all that likely.

hmmmm, should 115-125 be my standard 4 bet size? It seems in the vids i watch that small 4 bets are in right now... and say i raise to 115, pot is 234 or whatever. So flop push would be a slight overbet. Is that okay, and if so, why is this line preferable?

if you raise too 100 pf the pot is $200. and you still have 296 makin your flop bet awkward. If you raise to $125 the pot is $250 and you're only pushing $271.
