JOE WINS!!! Magistr_Ludi drags down the 5k 6max NL event for 911k. It was a hell of a match, at one point he got the other guy all in HU for all of his chips 12 times, and was a favorite 10 times, and lost ALL of them. EVERY SINGLE TIME HE WAS ALL IN FOR ALL HIS CHIPS, THE OTHER GUY SUCKED OUT. It was really unbelievable. The fact that Joe kept his composure and played amazingly the entire time was just out of control.

I was tilting so hard sweating it, i dont think i have ever gotten like that over poker before. I was literally jumping up and down in my chair, yelling and screaming about how terrible the other guy played, screaming for cards to come, slouching with my head in my hands, and running out of the room to sit on the floor because i couldnt deal with the stress. This guy literally ran like god in all in preflops, it was sicko. It is VERY hard to put into words, but i was out of control tilted. I am glad that i tilted so hard and Joe saw it, because i think it kept him in line a bit seeing how i was freaking out and realizing he had to keep it together to get me sane once agian.

FWIW, I was the one that first dismantled you and Eddie 3 handed, and then proceeded to crush your soul for hours upon hours while you did nothing but fold-fold-fold and then win 13 flips in a row to stay alive... If you would like to play a series of live HU 100k freezeouts for your share of the monies please do let me know and we can work something out immediately...

There's so much stupid in this thread I don't know where to begin. Inyaface is right, neither player played fantastic with 20-30 BB. Joe's call with K4s was terribad and quite a few of Rich's reraises were surely -EV. I'm not surprised that the usual BBV chorus of idiots chimed in with "HE HAD THE BEST HAND MOST OF THE TIME WHEN THEY GOT ALL-IN HE MUST BE THE BEST PLAYER AMIRITE" but you guys just have no clue about how to play heads-up with those stacks and you don't understand how often you have to make marginal reshoves with hands that will be behind when called. If Rich had woken up with hands on those reshoves then you guys would be saying that he dominated Joe, which just shows how clueless you are. That being said, both of these guys are very good poker players and you can't know who is better based on like 200 hands.

I can't even take Raptor seriously when he says he didn't mean to be insulting. It's sad that BBV thinks it's "baller" to make out-of-line comments and then challenge someone to a heads-up match instead of, you know, saying sorry. I would assume he's still better at 6-max than Rich but you never know. Things change fast in poker. Yesterday's best players in Prahlad and Brian Townsend are apparently not even winning players anymore at nosebleed stakes, while other guys have worked their way up from SSNL to 25-50 or higher in matter of months (Rich being one of them). But yeah Raptor's videos are sick and I assume he's still really really good at poker.

gg sir congrats on your bracelet, monies, and victory. HU live is certainly not my thing and I don't think it's yours either so we don't need to go there. I can see why the casual observer might think Raptor's blog remarks are no big deal as after all they are fairly mild but to my friends and I, who were so emotionally invested in the event, this in addition to your friends' appalling behavior yesterday really is upsetting.

BTW I don't know why you say i won 13 flips. You won 3/13 all ins. I had poor equity twice and you had poor equity 4-5 times. I still obviously ran hotter than expectation there, but you ran way hotter than expectation in postflop hands. I have no beef with you at all so congratulations again, just wanted to point out how much exaggeration has been going on here.
