its ridiculous how bad i run. i have been playing PLO hilo and i have a knack for this game. i practice, i read, i get it in with the best every ****ing time.. or huge ****ing draws out the ass with nut lo or best lo... and i bubble every ****ing time or i die early with the best hand at ft. i play 5 card plo hilo and regular plo hl and limit, and i know how to play his and los.. i know hands to get away from and where, with pretty good results.. . im never the fish with a weird straight or a stupid lo. i used to crush plo hilo.. now i just get it in with top two nut flush nut lo.. when it matters.. and a456 wins on the stupidest ****ing boards. 8 years.. of getting a head, then the poker gods ****ing me. i aint bad.. i get it in tournaments good 90% of the time when im committed.. i have a basic understanding of bluffing that rarely get me into trouble.. i just cant ****ing do this anymore. plo hilo is the only game i could play with the pros and that does me zero ****ing good even at 25 50c and 50 1.00.. **** off

Variance can destroy anybody. This is why it's so critical to get people to lay down winning hands. Games that people tend to play out hands, Omaha and limit/draw games, leave you at the mercy of variance.

So I moved up to 10nl at the start of this month after winning at 5nl for 10bb+/100. So for the first week of the month i was doing fine winning at 10nl reviewing hands etc etc and the last couple of days (~15k hands) have just been unreal. Currently running 20BI below my EV, Never been so tilited in my life tbh it feels just so disguting. I keep telling my self that its just variance and i just need to play through it but its so hard to keep that mind set when you have lost 10BI with sets in 15k hands. I feel like I am playing the best and worst poker of my life I am making alot of spot on reads but at the same time the tilt is just making me lose money and making me play bad. Reviewed almost all my hands that i have lost alot of money with and most are disgusting coolers and major shafting. I can feel it taking a heavy toll on me and my tilt is just getting worse and worse, When i start a new session i try and totally forget about my previous session whether i won alot of money or lost alot of money. I plan on taking a break and reviewing my hands in depth and trying to control my tilt more, atm i feel like if i just play more i am gona lose more. I am sure this has happened to many many people and i was wondering what other people do when they go through this sort of shafting. I just want to say i am no stranger when it comes to variance and i played ALOT of zoom and oh my lord... This sort of variance makes zoom look like heaven which is saying something.
