I have folded TT, JJ and QQ Preflop. I have never nitted so hard that I've folded KK and absolutely would never fold AA unless ICM dictated it super hard in a tournament (like a five-way allin on the final table).

Meslamine, ibuprofen, dextromethorphan, acetaminophen, ceftin, melatonin (more hormone than drug but I EATS IT).

Considering I've played ~30 live tournaments, I've placed or chopped first place money 6 times, nothing significant though.

I'm going to skip the "legends" portion and answer it with just players: Viffer, Ungar, JRB, Wadddle (google Adil Khan), Tom Dwan cause he looks haggard as **** these days.
