Will spare the backstory, just venting about the brutal session that was Sunday. Play mostly 1/3 match the stack and I buy in for 1k. Game was good with a couple of the softest spots in town at the table giving it away. Lots of straddles for $25 or $35, blind all ins, bomb pots, all the good stuff. Been card dead last couple hours and was getting jealous I wasn't getting anything reasonable to get in on the action.
Sitting around $800, early open to $20, 3 callers I raise to $150 with AA and all three call. ($600) flop comes AK5cc and checks to me n shove for $650 and get one call. Turn comes 3c, river 2c. Villian flips 55 with the club. Super annoying, but okay. I reload back to 1k. ~I know the shove on the flop seems wtf but this was the type of game it honestly didn't matter, guys were calling more than a 1k all ins with gutters, bottom pair, all of it.
3 or 4 hands later I'm in ep and get AA and open to $20. Now, one of the live ones says he's gotta go and is going in blind and he has around $250. He says these type of things a lot and doesn't really mean he will do it so I just stick to my normalish open for this game of $20. 2 callers, and guy does in fact shove for $250ish blind. Gets to guy on my right who is super tight and he shoves his stack of $750 and I go all in as well. The rest fold. Guy to my right tables KK. Pot is around $1.8k, flop comes KJK. I rack up n leave before next hand is dealt.
Even writing it out I realize its not the most crazy thing ever but just so annoying when a good game with top tier spots like that go so south. When I got home ran it and first hand I'm 96.5% when money gets in and the 2nd is obv 80/20.
